By accessing and using Axiom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Axiom is an AI agent team platform that allows users to discuss business problems with an AI leadership team.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Service unavailability lasting more than 72 hours
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Requests made within 30 days of initial subscription purchase

Refund requests must be submitted through our support system. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
• Your account will automatically lose access at the end of the billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

7. Digital Service Delivery

Axiom is a digital service platform. Upon successful payment processing:

• Access to the service is granted immediately
• Service features are delivered electronically through our web platform
• No physical goods are shipped as part of our standard service

Premium features and access levels will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through the Service or by sending you an email.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
