Best Practices
Start Discussions Early
Whenever you find your self asking a question and mulling over some idea in your head, open a new discussion with the team and just put it out there. You'll be surprised what you learn and the new ideas and perspectives you'll encounter.
One Discussion, One Decision
Try to limit one discussion for each decision. This way if you need to revisit a decision, you can pick up that discusison and have all the context for why you made it in the first place.
Direct Mentions
If you know who you want to hear from exactly, just @message them directly. For example, if I'm thinking about a new product direction, I might begin my message with "@ceo @cpo @cmo @cro I'm thinking about a new product idea…" This will cause each of these members of the leadership team to respond to your message.
Natural Interactions
It can be a bit strange at first, but the more you treat these AI team members as if they were real people, the better the conversation will flow.
